GPT has moved to expand its Yiribana Logistics Estate at Kemps Creek, lodging a major DA for two additional warehouses totalling about 65,000 sqm â 66,000 sqm at 754 Mamre Road. Â
The proposal covers Warehouses 2 and 4 within Yiribana East â a 37-hectare parcel forming part of the broader Yiribana estate in the Mamre Road Precinct.
The combined estimated development cost is $118.2 million. The estate already holds consent for subdivision and initial warehouse buildings.Â
This DA completes the next stage of the estate build-out along the north-south collector road. Â
The site sits within the South Creek catchment and is surrounded by rapidly emerging industrial estates, including Aspect Industrial Estate and the Yards Estate, reinforcing Mamre Roadâs consolidation as a primary logistics corridor servicing Western Sydney and the future airport.Â
