A 3,500 sqm corner aggregation at 86–90, 94 Maroubra Road and 46 Hannan Street is being pushed from low density controls into a 10 storey residential scheme delivering around 140 apartments, including 15% affordable housing.

A 3,962 sqm industrial site at 204 Hume Highway, Chullora is being repositioned to allow a service station and food uses through a targeted amendment to the Strathfield LEP.
