A private developer is preparing a mixed-use scheme for 677 – 687 Canterbury Road in Belmore, anchored by a supermarket and specialty retail beneath residential towers.

Salute Group has won approval for a new retail and residential precinct at 2 Macarthur Drive, Holsworthy, unlocking a site that had sat undeveloped since an earlier retail scheme stalled in 2009.
