Frasers has officially submitted a State Significant DA for a new major logistics hub in Horsley Park – to be known as Canopy Estate.
PROJECT SNAPSHOT
| Address | 1647 – 1671 The Horsley Drive, 157 – 213 & 136 – 170 Redmayne Road and 137 – 209 Chandos Road, Horsley Park |
| Zoning | E4 General Industrial |
| Site Area | Approximately 36 hectares |
| Total gross floor area | 180,350 sqm |
| Buildings | 8 industrial buildings + cafe |
The Canopy Estate masterplan includes eight industrial warehouses and a 150 sqm on-site cafe, distributed across 5 x lots. Each lot varies in size from 17,600 sqm – 62,300 sqm (multiple buildings).
Each warehouse will feature integrated office accommodation, efficient freight circulation and landscaping consistent with Frasers Property’s sustainable estate design standards.
The site benefits from direct access to The Horsley Drive – a key state road connecting to the M7 Motorway.
The land was previously part of the ‘Keyhole Lands’ – a broader rezoning area, which transitioned the site from RU2 Rural Landscape to E4 General Industrial zoning.
With proximity to key freight and labour markets, Horsley Park is fast emerging as a next-generation industrial hub bridging the traditional Wetherill Park precinct and the Western Sydney Airport.
