Greenfields Development Company has lodged a DA to bring a Hungry Jack’s 24/7 restaurant and drive-thru to Oran Park. The site is located at 3 Dunk Place.
The 240 sqm eatery will feature a double-bay drive-thru, seating for 40 diners, a dedicated delivery driver pick-up area and 33 parking spaces with shared access to the neighbouring KFC car park on Dunk Place. This $3m project is poised to add to the area’s growing fast-food hub.
Adding to the vision, plans are underway for a Starbucks on the southern side of the site. This will mark the region’s first Starbucks, enhancing the vibrant food and beverage scene at the intersection of Dick Johnson Drive and The Northern Road, already home to McDonald’s and KFC (opened in September 2024).
Since its rezoning in 2007 as part of the South West Growth Centre, Oran Park Town has undergone remarkable transformation. More than 4,000 homes have been delivered alongside recreation facilities, commercial buildings, aged care facilities and the Camden Council administration building. The town centre has already seen the completion of its first stage, including retail components that cater to the growing community.
