LOGOS and its capital partner, Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited, are progressing plans for a major multi-storey industrial and logistics facility at 297 King Street in Mascot – a site formerly earmarked for Qantas’ now-defunct flight training centre.
The major DA now under assessment with the NSW planning department proposes a warehouse and distribution centre with over 31,000 sqm of floor area across 5 x levels, marking a significant evolution in the use of high-value industrial land near Sydney Airport.
The circa 25,000 sqm parcel of land forms part of a larger circa 137,000 sqm consolidated landholding acquired by LOGOS in 2021 from Qantas, encompassing four key parcels (QF1 – QF4). This particular DA relates to QF3A and QF3B, which benefit from direct frontage to King Street.
The proposal seeks to deliver a high-density, vertically integrated logistics facility, comprising:

The 5-storey development will rise to about 45 metres and operate 24/7, aligning with industry demand for round-the-clock logistics capacity. Internal fit-outs are proposed to remain generic to attract a wide spectrum of end users, reinforcing flexibility in future tenancies.
This renewed industrial vision was catalysed after Qantas vacated the site’s partially constructed Flight Training Centre in April 2022 to make way for the Sydney Gateway Project – a major infrastructure investment that will dramatically improve freight and passenger access to Sydney Airport and Port Botany.
Beyond QF3A and QF3B, LOGOS is actively advancing complementary proposals across its broader Mascot holdings:
