#1 Place for Development in Sydney

Dreamcorp Developments is planning two 10-storey mixed-use towers with 267 apartments at 33 Silverthorne Drive in Pemulwuy.

The 8,798 sqm site has a 202-metre frontage to Silverthorne Drive and currently holds two sheds and building materials.

The site is constrained by a height limit of 12.5m but the applicant is rezoning the site to allow for a 33.8 metre buildings and up to 1,500 sqm of commercial premises.

The scheme includes 267 apartments, with the bulk being two-bedroom units. Ground floor shops, health services and a childcare centre are also proposed.

If the rezoning of the commercial premises isn’t supported, the ground-floor will switch to neighbourhood shops of up to 80 sqm each.

The site holds a historic approval from February 2019 for two four-storey buildings with 114 apartments. The new scheme more than doubles that yield.
